I can try to put together a changelog and beta page tomorrow or  
Thursday night; hopefully one of y'all can knock it out and do the  
appcast update before then, which would be awesome :)

Next step: Once 1.3.2 is out, we need to talk 1.4 goals, in concrete  
terms, and get started systematically working towards them.  First  
step, I think, will be unbreaking trunk. :P
