[Adium-devl] Toward 1.3

I believe that the bugs that are there are really not getting the
attention needed, and if we push some of the big bugs back that are
not needed right now should be.  Any bug that can be fixed right now
should be fixed and then the other bugs should be pushed to a later
build.
