[Adium-devl] Toward 1.3

We've done a ton of great new things - and even more bug fixes - for  
1.3.  I'd like to propose a feature freeze, with appropriate shift of  
non-vital tickets to later release, with the possible exception of a  
status changes/events window given the removal of persistent status  
changed messages in chats.

We need to clean up any remaining bugs with the new contact inspector,  
and facebook isn't quite complete (needs status changing support), but  
otherwise I feel we're very close to ready for a beta. many of the big  
tickets on 1.3 are of such scope that we may be asking for trouble in  
addressing them in such a large group, in any case.
