I agree that 1.2.4 time is here. I won't be able to manage a release  
until the weekend, but that need not stop us. Everything, including  
the signing of the app, is automatic on smew now.  (Note also the  
upload script in ~adium/bin on smew which makes uploading to cachefly  
dead easy). Changes.txt also needs updating with the stuff listed on  
the beta page. Eric, you ready to rock?
