[Adium-devl] Incoming GSoC2008 Application: Soliciting Feedback

Hello Adium Devs,

I am planning on applying to participate in this year's GSoC with Adium.
Though what I want to work on is not an original idea, my preliminary
investigations
investigate that it will take at least some original ideas to get through
the
design phase.

I would like to work on improving the Group Chat UI  for Adium.

I am I am especially looking for feedback on defining the scope of the
project i.e. is working on the
Group Chat UI  for the Message Window enough for a GSoC project?

Also, should I add more details. E.g. how I think Colloquy's code works?
What I've found out
so far from browsing Adium's source? My initial sketches of ideas for what
the UI will
look like?


Any help would  be much appreciated.
