[Adium-devl] Adium: Signed executable

As of Adium 1.2.4b2, the Adium executable is signed. This means that
(1) users will be prompted for access allowance on *every* keychain
item (not just an upgrade all prompt) when items are first accessed,
which is obnoxious but (2) in the future, users will not be prompted
at all after allowing access. This also allows permanence of 10.5
firewall and parental control settings for Adium.
The certificate is on smew; releases need to be built there to be
signed. You can change the OFFICIAL_BUILD variable in the release
makefile if you don't want to sign a build (e.g. are making it locally).
