[Adium-devl] Including contacts as 'offline' for offline but enabled accounts

I think (2) is a bit closer, but it would be nice to be able to
differentiate between "unknown" contacts and "you are offline on that
account" contacts and "they are offline", and maybe even "waiting for
auth" contacts.
Not sure about specific implementation, just a thought that's been
bouncing around in my head for a while now.
