[Adium-devl] broken trac

I broke Trac and can't figure out how to fix it.  Was upgrading to  
0.11.0 by request.

http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/2418 is the primary problem. The patch  
in that ticket, and also the patch in http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/LocalTracChanges 
  for the same problem, doesn't fix it. I'm out of ideas. Anyone?
