It was a suggestion just in case we encounter more problems than was  
expected. It can be much worse to have people with no experience  
reporting bugs in a 1.3b4 that we could have reported ourselves from  
seeing it in svn (and would cut down on the duplicates), but I guess  
it matters not since we'll probably hold off for at least a couple of  
days before releasing b4 I hope ;)
