ANYTHING that would cut down on MSN clatter gets my vote. I have no
objection to seeing this in 1.3 if it is indeed more stable. I would
however like to see at least 2 betas after it gets merged to make sure
things are stable since it is a pretty big change. As much as I don't want
to hold the timeline back anymore I think we need to make sure it's well
tested.
