[Adium-devl] feature request: encoding theme identification informations into messages (trivial)

Hello folks,

when users use different emoticon sets the differences in them might  
lead to misunderstandings, so it would be really nice if theme  
identification data would be packed into messages. Depending on the  
protocol I have a simple idea: Put emoticons within an own xml tag or  
send the tag at the beginning of each message, which non-compatible  
html/xml parsers would ignore. I see that the approach of MSN (http:// 
trac.adiumx.com/ticket/506) is more straightforward, but this hack  
seems trivial to me and I wouldn't be forced to use the emoticon set  
my girl friend uses ;-)
