Thanks, for updating the page Ryan.  Indeed, good work especially to  
David and Peter and also to everyone else who has been involved for  
knocking out these leaks and bugs :)

A combination of (b) and (c); mostly (c).  I've updated the table on  
all previously-fixed-still-there problems, fixing the incomplete fixes.
