Definitely. The terms 'major' and 'minor' don't mean we have to fix
things that fit those descriptions in just those releases; bug fixing
at any time is a good thing.

I suggested the completion of the milestone or one month, whichever
comes first, as a metric, though of course other suggestions are
fine. I didn't mean to imply that people should work on only one
thing per release; only that I'd really like to see each developer
work on at least one.
