This looks like it changes the base writing direction of the text  
view every time you type a character. That doesn't seem like it would  
be so good for mixed-direction text.

Why would we want to mess around with the base writing direction,  
anyway? Does a plain NSTextView (e.g., in IB's Cocoa Simulator) not  
do the right thing?
