I made one last night. I'm currently downloading it over SFTP, but
it's mighty huge—2.0 GiB. Cyberduck says I have 198 minutes

Perhaps, once I have the whole thing, we developers should get
together a torrent swarm of this thing? ☺
svnsync takes a lot longer, but it may be better for the bandwidth
bill in the long run, since we can just svnsync sync (basically, svn
up for repos) in the future.

svnsync is one-way. Keep in mind that you can't commit to the copy or
it will break svnsync, so immediately tarball it and burn it to a DVD
±RW or something, then experiment with copies of the copy.
