[Adium-devl] Version Control

As with the switch to a new version control system itself, I don't see
this as a "lead" issue unless we're truly at an impasse and someone
has to cast a deciding vote. This, of course, is pretty minor compared
to the switch itself - and I'm happy we've made that decision without
fruitless argument.
The point about a person's identity "changing" over time does resonate
for me. On the other hand, not needing to 'just know' or to look at a
list of developers to determine the affiliation of a changeset's
author seems like a stronger win to me.
I can't argue passionately about the issue. Peter's suggestion is fine
- Use the email you want. I plan to use my adiumx.com address for
adium commits and encourage developers proud of their association to
do the same.
Cheers,
Evan
