[Adium-devl] Using x-grid to compile adium?

Correct. I see the distributed build options now. Both machines are OS
10.5.5 but it says the status is incompatible. Has anyone played with
this much? Not a huge deal, I'm sure if I more homework I will find
the answer.

It sounds like you want to distribute the (adium) build across
multiple machines with Xcode installed, correct?

Xcode has this in the form of distCC (distributed builds in Xcode's
prefs pane), but I'm unsure of it's abilities to leverage Xgrid.

2 questions, I thought I noticed that the build process forces -j1 so
it only uses one CPU. I just did a test, and it seems to use all 4
when I say make -j4 (maybe this changed recently) My other question,
is there a way to make use of x-grid? Or can you point me in the
direction on how to setup and use x-grid in Xcode?

Thanks,
Lee
