Hey everyone,

With fixes going in this week for nearly all of the major issues (and  
most vocally complained about...) from the 1.3 release, it's about  
time to roll out 1.3.1. Let's shoot to beta tonight for a release on  
Sunday or Monday.  Sound good?  If you have fixes in the works that  
you'd like included try to finish them up this weekend if you can.  If  
you've got something significant enough and need a little more time,  
let me know.
