Remove Contact Bubbles, Contact Bubbles (To Fit), and Borderless  
Window. Change the popup menu into a checkbox, and have the two states  
be either (what we now call) "Regular Window" or "Group Bubbles".

Ups:
Less complexity in the CL code. No more issues like #10812 or the one  
where the group counts didn't fit in their cells for Contact Bubbles  
(To Fit).
Contact Bubbles and Contact Bubbles (To Fit) aren't honestly that  
attractive looking anyway.

Downs:
Less choice for our users.
Removing features is always tough.

Thoughts?
