[Adium-devl] Adium 1.3b12 = Adium 1.3rc1

Adium 1.3b12 is now up.  Except for documentation updates (which I  
believe are nearly complete), I would like to consider this release  
candidate 1.

Please update and report any acute problems. If you have changes for  
1.3, tonight is the time to get them in; remaining tickets on the 1.3  
milestone will be moving to 1.3.1 unless there's a strong reason to do  
otherwise.

If all is well, I'd like to release tomorrow afternoon.
