[Adium-devl] Buildbot is now running buildbot-0.7.8

We were previously using buildbot 0.7.6. Hopefully we can use some of  
the cool new features, but look around the NEWS file and see if  
there's anything new in 0.7.7 or 0.7.8 that catches your eye.
