Also diffable/mergeable since Xcode 3.1. BIG WIN.

Some things, such as switching to xibs, would only drop 10.4  
*builders*. We may be able to get away with that.

Tangentially: Everybody who's running Leopard should also be running  
Xcode 3.1. You will be so much happier.
