This is exactly why I changed my email address to something that you  
can't send email too. Trac would email me about every ticket I had  
ever commented on or filed. Needless to say that's a lot of email.

I wish I could get that same information but as an RSS feed, or have  
some way to star a ticket and then subscribe to the changes of starred  
items or something.
