	Wordpress releasing the source to its iPhone app has been the source  
of some debate, precisely because of the NDA Vs open source clash, so  
I wouldn't say this precedent renders the whole thing a non-issue;  
i.e., I don't think anyone could realistically predict how Apple is  
going to respond to Wordpress (and yes, they have been known to delay  
in replying at times, cf. Psystar). So waiting for the expiration of  
the NDA is most likely still the recommended approach.
