On second thought, a recent libpurple change fixes Yahoo! Japan. I'll  
update the framework... we'll do a brief 1.2.5b2 with the new build.  
It'll also provide a chance for some added debug logging to be  
reflected in the ICQ breakage reports. (ICQ is broken because the new  
status notes support is somehow causing a flood of requests to be sent  
by us when we connect... and the rate limiting code isn't handling it  
properly so we get rate limited to death and disconnected).
