I have no problem with Adium 1.3 requiring 10.4.11 or later. It's
reasonable to ask 10.4 users to have upgraded to .11.

I agree. Having SparklePlus is a great asset in these discussions -
it's clear the 10.5 has not been adopted heavily enough for it to be
an insignificant move to push to a 10.5 requirement. We can certainly
do 10.5-only things and protect them such that you must be running
10.5 for them to be enabled.
