Adium is already translated in Spanish. Do you mean you have some  
improvements you'd like to make to the translation? Or is it not  
coming up in Spanish for you?

If it's not coming up in Spanish, make sure that Spanish is in the  
list of your preferred languages in the International pane of System  
Preferences, and that it's above whatever language Adium is currently  
using.
