[Adium-devl] potential idea / rfe: write-protect switch for tabs?

Hi All,

I'm new to the devel list but have been using Adium for a couple of  
years - maybe longer? - and a idea struck me the other day which I  
would like to share, and see whether it's already on the roadmap.

The idea's simple: a "write-protect" switch/boolean button for any  
given conversation, a bit like having "Mute" on your phone.

The utility: so that then I have half a dozen tabs open in different  
conversations, and then (fail to) shift my focus to another app,  
whatever I type next does not end up *in* Adium, get rebroadcast to  
my Twitter account, and then shared with a few dozen friends.

So: a "Mute" button for individual conversations?
