Xcode has always supported this; you just have to turn SCM on. In
Xcode 2, you do this in the Project Inspector.

Every nib will have to be edited. I suggest first editing classes.nib
by hand (it's a text-based plist file), then attempting to compile
and run it. (Nib edits should probably happen last, for this reason.)
If it works, great; if not, we get to do it a class at a time in IB.

Eh, I'm OK with just breaking the plug-ins. I consider the API more
dependent on Doxygenation than the rename.
