[Adium-devl] Status of the 1.2svn search field?

The 1.2svn search field produces some major bugs at present (see the  
1.2 roadmap).

I'd like to see the GSoC projects merged, trunk brought to release  
level, and a release done in the very near future.  Regressions make  
that impossible.

Is someone going to take responsibility for getting the search field  
to release quality?  If so, when?  That person or persons needs to  
accept the tickets which have been created for it and begin working on  
it, or the field should be disabled for the time being.  If it  
reaching release quality is not going to be able to happen soon, it  
should be disabled in any case to be re-enabled in the same commit  
which fixes it.
