I'd prefer a native Aqua UI for configuration. Ideally, it's even  
uniform across all styles, although options can be disabled if they  
don't apply apply to that style.

I stand by suggestion that we start with color wells and see if  
there's any demand for more configuration. Perhaps do an alpha or  
beta release of that version and announce it on the blog, and  
specifically state that we want style authors to try it out and give  
us feedback on what other options they'd like exposed there.
