I think this is good, and totally agree that we're front-end hackers.  
Trying to design some sort of service or something (web adium? erm)  
and we'd be out of our league.

One way to define what we're doing is that we're NOT doing. We aren't  
(yet ;) trying to fulfill the Law of Software Envelopment ("all  
programs expand until they can read email").

Anyone have any things that we are NOT going to do?
