Is there a wiki page for "direction of Adium development"?

No, because largely, we don't know.

Individual team members have an idea of what they want. Here's what I
think Adium is (should this go on a wikipage?)

Adium is customizable. We allow our users to change the look and feel
of the application in reasonable ways to provide bling, stickiness,
and integration with the user's machine.

Adium is easy to use. While we are an advanced client, we aren't for
power users. Grandmothers should be able to use Adium.

Adium is a community. No one person or individual controls Adium. We
need to make sure that we're doing the right thing for our users.
Putting giant flashing banner ads in Adium so the developers can all
get super rich is not helping our users.

Adium is fun! Don't take this all too seriously, and let a bit of
humor and happiness show in the application, and in the way you talk
about Adium to other people.
