Okeedoke.  Strong votes against the change to the reply-to behavior  
nearly all around.  I'm just trying to facilitate discussion in making  
administrative changes like was done in response to Colin's request;  
thanks everyone for speaking up with feedback.

The only case that removing the reply-to munging fixes is when folks  
are cc'd from off-list, an uncommon occurrence.  Reply-to-all is  
necessary in that case, too, unless the poster remembers to set the  
reply-to field to everyone involved....

Change to reply-to behavior reverted. Replies will go to the list.  
Peter, I unchecked your 'nodupes', reverting it to how it was before I  
messed with anything.
