Yup.  Peter had nodupes disabled for his subscription.  (The default  
is for it to be enabled).  I've corrected that for him.  I went ahead  
and looked through the full subscriber list; he was in fact the only  
person with it disabled ;) *waves to all the lurkers noted when  
looking through the list*

Peter, you should receive this only once despite it having you cc'd;  
let me know if that's not how it goes.
