No, you are not. This signal would have to be sent in these functions:

jabber_adhoc_server_got_list_cb
jabber_disco_server_info_result_cb
jabber_adhoc_disco_result_cb (only when the buddy's name is equal to  
the account name)

I hope I was able to find every spot.
