I definitely am uninterested in successful builds.  My assumption is  
that every commit is a success until proven otherwise; nobody who is  
committing should be breaking the build, which is to say that I don't  
need an email reminding me that our developers are awesome every time  
someone commits.

My vote: Let's have it email only for failures.
However, if others want the 'success' emails, it's trivial to add a  
filter to delete the success ones, so it's really not a big deal  
either way.
