Infrequently, considering how little test coverage we have. ;)

Long-term, I suggest making a new mailing list for this:  
bustage at adiumx.com. We should subscribe all developers to it, and  
open it up for anyone else to subscribe to.

My reasoning is that all developers should receive any failure emails  
and have the option to act on them, but everybody else on this list— 
the interested observers who are not developers—can stay out if they  
want. I suggest opening it for subscriptions by the public so that  
patch contributors can jump on fixing it if possible.
