Thought I'd chip in as a "user" (albeit one who'll grab the trunk about once
a week to see what's going on):

This is a very silly complaint.  After all, there's a changelog with every
version that's released, so if there's nothing in the release that you want,
don't upgrade.  It's as simple as that.  Also, upgrading is hardly
difficult, as Zac already pointed out.
