When I used 1.1.4b, I had let it install growl 1.1.2, and it was
"broken" in the following manner.
All growl notifications took 2-3 seconds to display, with 2-3 seconds
of 100% CPU usage too.

I downloaded 1.1.1 from the growl website, and it worked fine ever
since.
