Thanks, Christopher.  Could you please try a clean build of the  
adium-1.0 branch ([19751] or later, as [19751] adds some safety in  
the area most likely to be somehow at fault) and see if you can now  
reproduce this?  (If you'd prefer, I'll upload a build of it for you).

I have absolutely no idea what can cause a crash without a crash  
log.  If you want to follow up on that one, I'd recommend seeing  
http://trac.adiumx.com/wiki/RunningAdiumInGDB and going from there..  
I'm definitely more concerned with the 1.0.4b crash right now,  
though, as I'd like to see 1.0.4 released with the fixes for the  
common 1.0.3 problems as soon as possible.
