[Adium-devl] InterTrac set up for linking to Libpurple tickets

I've set up InterTrac on our trac installation.  Tickets in  
the .developer.pidgin.im trac system can be linked to easily by:
purple:#286

or, even shorter, #p286

wiki and changeset links function similarly; see http:// 
trac.edgewall.org/wiki/InterTrac for details.  pidgin, purple,  
libpurple, and p are all aliased to minimize the need to remember  
which way to refer to a ticket.

InterTrac links don't do a full Trac link with strikethrough on  
closer (presumably to avoid hammering the remote trac installation).
