One way (after determining the volume path as I mentioned before)
would be to invoke `hdiutil info -plist`, slurp its output, make a
real in-memory plist from it, and walk it looking at mount-points. If
we find a match, we're running from the disk image.
Someone could look at how Google Notifier does it, by running nm on
its executable and looking for functions that look relevant.
