Sure. Central time is GMT-5, so it would be 1am UTC, so 2am BST.

FWIW meetings late like this are not good for Europe. Meeting times  
are an endless battle though and nobody will be entirely happy. This  
topic comes up *ALL* the time at Mozilla, and we have important people  
in timezones ranging from US Pacific to New Zealand! Not everyone is  
going to make every meeting, and that's OK.
