[Adium-devl] Global proxy settings?

This sounds reasonable to me.

Your best bet would be to take the source (1.0.x or trunk if daring),  
hack away at adding it (feel free to ping this list for any help you  
need along the way), and when finished ask for a review of the work  
for inclusion as a submitted patch.
