Do you mean when you click on the contact, the tooltip appears? To me  
that seems odd behaviour since the single click would be invoked mid- 
way through the usual double-click-to-open-a-conversation. I guess  
you could only invoke the tooltip if the mouse is clicked with no  
other click in a certain time period, but this would make the process  
seem unresponsive and slow to the end user.
