Why does it need to be dynamic? We don't need to support every single  
thing out of the box on this, is the actual featureset that is common  
throughout? If so what featureset would generally make it so that we  
need it to be dynamic?

I.E. if we cover a featureset that's available with most xmpp  
servers, can we get by with just implementing that in a Cocoa and  
then adding other featuresets that are not common across  
implementations when it is justified?
