[Adium-devl] Require registration to comment on the blog?

I think this is a fairly good idea. There are currently a number of
people submitting bug reports for problems that are not actually bugs,
but rather just for technical support for problems on their system
(that happen to involve Adium). Perhaps having the development section
separate from support will help people to understand that they should
seek help on IRC or the forums before submitting a bug report (ie:
confirm the bug first).
