I have to chip in a little about the screenshots. Currently on the  
screenshots page, it's virutally impossible to tell one screenshot  
thumbnail from another, and none of them particularly catch the eye.  
I would suggest:

- More variety of colors and sizes (I have a nice dark-blue with  
translucency and bright status colors setup which I would gladly take  
a shot of). While the defaults are nice (and should be shown), Adium  
can really shine with an Xtra or two.
- Trim to show only one or two items at a time, so that the  
thumbnails don't look like a tiny version of a full screenshot
- In that vein, some artsy extreme-closeups, for example, zoom on  
status gems and message window tabs, the corner of a nice contact  
list, maybe a user icon in a message view. Those really catch the eye.
- As a possible way to KEEP full-screen screenshots yet make  
thumbnails more interesting, don't make the thumbnail a scaled-down  
version of the screenshot. Just zoom in on a key part (i.e. the  
status gems) and caption the thumbnail something like "message window".
