*Moving* over (and past) the groups, yes. *Hovering* over the groups,  
no. (“Hover” implies non-movement; we definitely shouldn't be  
throwing tooltips at the screen while the cursor is in motion.)

And hovering over contacts ought not to reveal group info; it should  
only apply to the group header. Since nobody will hover over the  
group header, I see no solution to the problem there.
